People have asked, what’s RWC?

We believe we’ve lost the “long journey home” and we intend to restore it.

Historically, the transition from warrior to civilian was never a light switch… it was a voyage.

Throughout history, societies instinctively understood that you cannot instantly strip away the instincts required for combat without breaking the human carrying them.

Returning home required time, safe spaces, and ritual decompression among those who shared the burden.

The Modern Gap

Today, the luxury of the long march is gone. A modern service member or first responder can witness traumatic combat or high-stress critical incidents and find themselves sitting at their kitchen table, surrounded by well-meaning family, in as little as 48 hours.

The physical body has landed, but the mind is still deployed.

There is no ship ride. There is no longhouse. There is no time to translate the hyper-vigilance of survival into the calm needed for daily life.

How We Give It Back

At Redefining Warrior Culture, we restore the journey home.

Through our retreats and specialized programs, we rebuild the historical longhouse, creating dedicated, safe spaces where veterans and first responders can step off the rapid pace of modern life. Surrounded exclusively by those who understand the language of service, our participants are given the time, tools, and community needed to decompress, process, and truly heal together.

Because no one should have to complete the journey alone. by @eamon.coyne

My love Jenna,
You are the woman who gives all of herself without the expectation in return. You are the woman who taught me how to love and be loved again. You are the woman who is fiercely loyal, to a fault at times. You are the best mom I’ve ever met. You are beautiful inside and out, just the way you are.
Happiest of birthdays. I’m honored I get to share this life with you. Through thick and thin, to my very last breath. I’m so in love with you.
Here’s to a lifetime filled with adventures.

I thought our 2025 Memorial Day Murph would be hard to beat. You guys proved me wrong. My heart is beyond full🫶🏻

82 people came through our doors today. Most took on Murph in some capacity. Some just came to hang. Eighty freaking two!!

Thank you for supporting what this weekend truly means. Thank you for showing up for each other, for the shared suffering, the laughter between heats, the conversations that matter, and for sharing your kiddos with me. Being part of something bigger than ourselves while surrounded by people who genuinely care about one another is something special.

Today was never about scores or times. It was about remembering why we do this in the first place.

Whether you completed every rep, modified the workout, or simply came just to be part of it — thank you. What we continue to build together is truly incredible.

Photos & videos are coming (there are SO many). Until then, big shout out to @eamon.coyne for showing us it's ok to be vulnerable sometimes. @cam_hirshman for helping me organize such large groups! @caitlinhostetter21 @kristileighcreative for helping promote the day! To everyone that brought food & fist bumps and to everyone that continues to support this place! Sending all of you all of my love, always ❤️🇺🇸 #everystep #everyrep #together #morethanagym by @eamon.coyne

Day 1 at my internship.
Still a ton to do within this space to make it comfortable.
I hope over my time in this space I can help people walk through some of the challenges of life, recognize and celebrate the successes and wins, redevelop positive relationships with their experiences and themselves , and heal and grow as individuals.
I don’t talk about my journey to becoming a mental health therapist much, but it’s been incredibly rewarding, impactful, and challenging, and for that I am forever grateful.

Forward movement always.

This woman.
I can’t explain what she means to me. She is the true definition of a partner.
She loves me when I feel unlovable, she supports me even when she needs support, and she calls me on my shit when my shit needs to be called on.
@jennaaaa_p thank you for loving me. Thank you for being my forever. Thank you for showing me that no matter what comes at us, we can do it together.
I love you. by @eamon.coyne

It’s amazing to see how close these two are. Even when they are at each other’s throats, they always have each others back.
Don’t lose that love boys.
I love these two so much.

Screaming HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my person from the top of the tallest mountain as loud as I can.
365 days of laughs, memories, and all the GROWTH a person can have.
I’m so proud of who you are.
You give without the expectation of receiving and love like it’s the only thing you are meant to do. You are fierce, loyal, smart, and incredibly brave in every way.
I can’t wait to see what the next 365 days has in store for you. I think 39 is going to be a good year.
All of my love, always.
