I tried something new last night, I went to a concert solo. 💃🏻🪩

I stood among 20,000 people, danced the night away, and let myself live. After a really hard summer losing my Momma, I wanted to honor her by continuing to live my life, fully and fearlessly. 🤍

The night started with “Dance No More,” with the “respect your mother” lyric, and ended with an encore of “Sign of the Times.” Somehow, it all felt exactly right. There were so many little signs woven throughout the night, moments that made me feel like she was right there with me. 🤍

Would I do it again?

100%. ✨

Such a fun day at the Member-Guest with Lauren! ⛳️💚

Fun fact: Lauren and I met 10 years ago at the pool in downtown Jersey City. ☀️And somehow, a decade later, here we are… ladies who golf! 🏌🏻‍♀️😂🏌️‍♀️

Tonight was good for the soul. 💛🌻💛🌻

Two gals, a couple of paintbrushes, some sips, lots of laughs, and two different interpretations of a sunflower. ☺️

We both lost a parent this summer, and we’re learning that grief and joy can share the same space. You can miss someone with your whole heart and still laugh until your cheeks hurt. You can carry sadness and make room for a really good night, too.

Tonight was about finding a little balance between the heaviness and the happy, one brushstroke and one sip at a time. 🍷🎨

Grief doesn’t disappear when joy shows up. Sometimes they just sit beside each other.

So grateful for friendship, laughter, creativity, and a night that brought a little more color back into the world. 🌻 taken in "Wine & Design" by @eareat

What a Saturday! 🥯🎾⚾️

Started the day with Cheech’s Bagels, pedicures, then it was off to the US Open for practice play, sunshine, tennis, and a Honey Deuce or two 🍹🎾.

And because apparently one major sporting event wasn’t enough, we headed to Citi Field for New York Mets Peanuts Night. Charlie Brown appearance included! 🥜⚾️💙🧡

And somehow, in a city of millions, we randomly ran into THREE people we know throughout the day! 😂 What are the odds?! NYC can feel surprisingly small sometimes.

Just did a little something for ME! 💗✨

I officially bought a ticket to see @harrystyles at @thegarden during his 30-show residency! 🕺🏻🎶🍉

It’ll be my first time seeing Harry AND my first time going to a concert solo... and I’m actually really excited about both!

This summer has been an incredibly emotional one after losing my sweet Momma. 💕 It’s reminded me just how precious life is, and that even in the midst of grief, we have to give ourselves permission to find joy, make memories, treat ourselves, and CELEBRATE LIFE. ❤️

So this one is for me. A night to sing way too loudly, dance, smile, and soak it all in.
