Earl’s is doing bánh mì exactly how it should be done, fresh, flavour-packed, and no shortcuts. The vegan kimchi with Maggi tofu & aubergine was unreal, and the squash & satay fully held its own.

That bread is the real deal too… crispy, soft, and proper fresh.
