I love the moon
she loves me back
and she loves you too!

hosted my first lil full moon ritual at the yoga and pottery retreat I’m currently volunteering at in India yay! this consisted of writing what we would like to release for the next season of our lives > burning the papers and saying goodbye > dancing (ofc) > gazing at the moon > sangria and homemade chocolate > tarot readings!

P.S mercury also went into retrograde yesterday so stay safe out there and go journal your heart out…

happy international yoga day all you sweet sweet souls ‏꩜

I’m still reminiscing on this beautiful day ི༘𑁍࿔̥̊

below are some words I wrote down from my wonderful teachers during this time…

“unless you are open to give you shall not receive”

“yoga is not a workout but a work in”

“door to door, soul to soul”

“our relationship to ourselves and with others is a form of spiritual practice”

“to be free we must first be disciplined”

a place with no judgement, genders or races,
just souls in bodies dancing with no faces.
heaven is all around me I think I can feel it,
but the mind and the ego always try to steal it.
I want to swallow myself whole,
let it cause indigestion,
just so I can avoid answering your questions.
What I did today really doesn’t matter,
and the world will still spin even if you think I’m getting fatter.
if my life was a movie
and I played back the tape,
I reckon this would be the moment I decided to escape.

my dad is my bestie but he really questions my life choices sometimes lol

go do something (anything) out of your comfort zone today! compliment a stranger, dress up to go to the supermarket, do a trek alone, try a handstand, dance like no one is watching, ask them on a date, cartwheel in public… the world is what we make of it.
