our second chrysalis is this tuesday, october 20th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, exploring themes of grief, compost, and transformation with guest @eskedarg_ we’ll be talking about our ancestors, connecting to our bodies through music, poetry, and more. chrysalides is a two-hour program focused on exploring the intimacy and intersections of land stewardship and somatics through a mix of music, talk, and literary excerpts. this is intended to be a co-creation, a container that’ll help us explore the gooey-er parts of ourselves and ask, “what does it mean to water our garden?” live on 88.5 FM for crown heights peeps streaming and archived on evenings.fm/rodeo-radio by @earthlingonpluto
🌱Please join us for a free community healing clinic from 2-5pm, offering 5NP ear seeds/ear acupuncture by @cameronmmw and @earthlingonpluto and craniosacral therapy by @boringblueboy4 alongside a background of relaxing sounds by @so_phiiiya . This clinic is inspired by the works of the Black Panther Party, the Young Lords, and Dr. Mutulu Shakur who brought revolutionary care to New Yorkers in the South Bronx in the 1970s ✊🏾🏥 The five-needle protocol (5NP) is a form of community acupuncture that involves the gentle placement of up to five small, sterilized needles into specific sites on each ear. It helps to support recovery and stress-relief. Ear seeds can be offered as an alternative/supplement for a similar result. 🌱 Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive touch-based therapy. Various parts of the body (head, shoulders, limbs, ribcage and pelvis) are held by the practitioner based on what the patient is comfortable with. Influenced by Native American manual therapies and osteopathic medicine, this therapy enlivens the patient’s natural potentiality for healing while in a relaxed setting. 💆🏾‍♀️ by @earthlingonpluto

The homies and I are having major breakthroughs and it always comes back to: 🪷 Actions speak louder than words :) 🪷 Any gesture makes a difference bc everything is connected. Also, 3 birthday cakes is peak Taurus behavior. It’s never too late for a belated bday gift in the form of donating to a family in Gaza! by @earthlingonpluto
