💛 New Mexico is just easy to love 💛 How does it even make sense that we’re all closer to the ☀️ but the weather is cooler than it is in Oklahoma? That’s just the magic of Madrid — located just on the outskirts of Santa Fe. The teeny town is home to a ballpark ⚾️ with a history stretching back a century. Hard to believe it had lights for night games back in the 1920s. ✨💫✨.

The @earthlingsnm 🛸 hosted the @normandirtybirds and it’s hard to know exactly what details to focus on first. The 🐍 rattlesnake 🐍 that had to be removed from the field?💀? The chili dogs and peanut butter Rice Crispy treat from the snack stand? 🧨 The local youths who ran the scoreboard paired with a sassy announcer? That insane view? 🤤 The yoga 🧘? Those little things are what make the 535 mile drive worth it.

And to cap it all off, we all headed to the @elreycourt for a concert led by the musically-inclined Dirty Birds. 🦅 It was a Labor Day weekend that never felt like too much work. A huge thanks to everyone who made the trip. A return trip is in order. We’ll be sure to get ‘em next time. ☄️☄️☄️

Your Playboys barnstormed New Mexico for an epic match up vs @earthlingsnm in Madrid, captured perfectly here by the super talented Playboy @ashleyreeed with her Pentax 35mm film camera from the 90s on Kodak Portra 400 film — 😊. Pre Game and Post Game at our favorite @elreycourt in Santa Fe. #onceinalifetimes @sandlotrevolution @thelongtimetexas @tecovas @pabstlight @stillatx @siphowdy @wrangler taken in Madrid, New Mexico by @earthlingsnm
