What would $5,000 unlock for my business in the next six months???

It would allow me to expand a Black owned, DC rooted wellness and education business that bridges mental health, herbalism, and community healing. This funding would support growth, visibility, and the ability to show up consistently for the people I serve while building something sustainable and aligned with purpose.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my story and vision through this grant and pop up experience.

If you believe in community centered businesses, earth based healing and intentional growth, I’d love to chat in the comments. 🌍✨💜

Thank you @thespicesuite and @black.and.forth for creating space for small businesses to grow.

On this Founders Day, I honor the strength, intellect, and sacred bond of Delta Sigma Theta. Like the elephant, we move with memory, power, and purpose. What unites us is not just history, but the fire of sisterhood that continues to burn even in troubling times.

In moments when this nation and this world feel heavy, we remember who we are. We are women of thought and action. We are legacy and future. We are the keepers of wisdom and the torchbearers of change.

Sorors, stay encouraged. The flame we carry was never meant to flicker. It was meant to illuminate, to guide, and to transform. 🔥🔺

You aren’t running out of time. You might just be running on the wrong time. 🕰️👁️

There is a pulse beneath the chaos. A rhythm your spirit recognizes even when your schedule ignores it. We’ve been taught to measure our worth by deadlines and our days by a system that separates us from nature—and it is draining us dry.

But there is another way. The Enochian calendar isn’t just a way to count days; it is the sacred code of light. It is a map back to the divine order of creation that our ancestors once lived by.

If you have been feeling “out of sync,” exhausted, or disconnected, it’s not personal. It’s systemic.

I recorded a full breakdown on YouTube explaining how to align with this ancient rhythm and break free from false time.

👇🏾 Comment DIVINE TIMING below and I will DM you the link to the full video on YouTube. 🎥
It is time to ask yourself: Whose time are you living in?

When faith and therapy come together, healing goes deeper. In this episode of Rise & Thrive with Dr. J. Nicole, I sit down with Maria Copeland, LICSW, @earthstardc to break the silence around mental health in faith spaces. We talk stigma, spiritual strength, and how clinical tools can walk hand-in-hand with your walk with God. 💡💬

Across cultures, people have long honored their ancestors by giving offerings, and money burning is one powerful way to send love, support, and healing energy to those who came before us.

In this reel, I break down:
🔥 The history and meaning behind ancestral money burning
🔥 How this practice strengthens our connection to our lineage
🔥 Ways to use offerings to shift spiritual burdens and honor those impacted by medical apartheid and systemic injustices

This is a sacred way to acknowledge, uplift, and support our ancestors—ensuring they are nourished, free, and empowered to guide us forward.

If you attended our recent presentation, this explainer reel is for you! Thank you for your interest in learning more. Let me know in the comments if you’ve ever participated in an ancestral money burn or if you have any questions!
