Today, we’re making a simple and delicious custard dessert! 🍮

Here’s what you’ll need:
• 6 cups of milk (about 1.5 liters)
• 6 tablespoons of sugar
• 6 tablespoons of custard powder

In a pot, mix the milk, sugar, and custard powder together until everything is well combined.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

Once it thickens, take out about 1 cup of the custard — we’ll use this for the top layer.
To that cup, add:
• 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
(or 1 tablespoon if you prefer a lighter chocolate flavor — I used Domo cocoa).

Now, for the middle layer, add some Gandour biscuits for a delicious crunchy touch! 😍

Then pour the chocolate custard layer on top, let it cool, and refrigerate until set.

And there you go — a creamy, layered custard dessert that’s super easy and tasty! ✨
