All the squishy goodness! I finished my Brioche Boomerang by @lauranelkin! Thanks to excellent tutorial videos, I was able to actually fix most of my brioche mistakes and not just tink back. That is my favorite kind of project - one that makes me a better, more confident knitter by the end! by @easybatbirds

With tassels!! I’ve finished my Gypsophila Shawl by @life_is_cozy from her One Skein Knitting book. My skein is @ritualdyes Maiden in the April foraging club colorway Tree of Heaven. I used stash yarn to add the tassels (not originally part of the pattern for this one). I love the pattern and the way it lets the yarn shine!

My Beam Headscarf by @sari_n_ in @ritualdyes Maiden is done!

Here in San Francisco we’re just entering our warmest months - Sep and Oct - so I made the headscarf size of the Beam and I went up a needle size to make it airy and light. Now I can wear it when starting some cold weather projects during this #FoundationsKAL! by @easybatbirds

Congratulations to @chloekbenjamin on the release of her latest book Under Story! I was lucky enough to test knit the Under Story Cardigan by @sari_n_ inspired by a cardigan worn by the book’s protagonist. This dream collaboration also includes @ritualdyes who dyed special colorways for Under Story.

This cardigan is a dream to knit. I used Marona in the color chestnut (one of my favorite Ritual Dyes colors). And since Under Story wasn’t published yet, I read The Immortalists and The Anatomy of Dreams while knitting it.

I’m excited to finally be able to read Under Story and to get the custom colors! I’ll be knitting the shawl version of this pattern in the Ritual Dyes KAL which starts today. One last wait - for my colors to arrive in the mail. by @easybatbirds

I wore my Cove Vest by @the_knit_purl_girl today! I love the 2x2 rib collar and hem. It’s definitely going to be the perfect layer for chilly months.

I used @sandnesgarn Atlas that I bought when I was in Bergen, Norway this spring. I already knew I’d be test knitting this one and I started swatching while on vacation. I enjoyed working with this yarn … except that I had to manage striping even within the same dye lot. But the yarn feels great and this vest will always be special for me. by @easybatbirds

My Skyline Tee by @toriknitsnyc is done! These shoulders! This was my first Tori Yu and definitely not my last. I’m going to wear this one all the time.

I cast this one on when the Tori’s Tees KAL started. I was in Aarhus, Denmark at the time so I was able to buy some @filcolana Merci for the tee. I loved working with it. by @easybatbirds

I’m making progress on my Under Story Cardigan test knit for @sari_n_! I’m using @ritualdyes Marona in Chestnut for the test (what a lovely yarn!) and I’m looking forward to seeing the new custom colorway at the Ritual Dyes booth at Flock this weekend. by @easybatbirds
