I’ve been using nothing but conditioner and hot water to cleanse my hair since May 10th, 2026.

👉 Co-washing |verb|: short for conditioner-washing; washing your hair with conditioner instead of shampoo.

Why?

1️⃣ I’m consciously choosing to grow my hair out
2️⃣ I need as much moisture as possible in order to retain length and prevent breakage
3️⃣ I’ve already done this before (from 2013 to 2015) and my hair grew lol

(This isn’t a new technique, folks been doing this.)

So far, my results are honestly so impressive that I’m gonna continue doing this NoShampoo experiment for the next YEAR.💪🏾

My hair is SOOOOO SOFTTTTTT.😳
