Your age, hormones, genetics, muscle mass, medical history, lifestyle, even the amount of time and resources you currently have to invest in your health can all determine what’s realistic and healthy for you. A healthy weight is individual, dynamic, and has to be considered alongside how that weight is achieved and maintained. Does body size matter? Absolutely. But it is not a health report card. by @easyhnf
