2025 ✨ You find yourself running on fumes at the end of a full year: the holidays, the off kilter schedules, the overwhelming thought of “did I do enough?” on so many levels. And then when you actually start looking back, reflecting versus reacting- you find space to sit still and feel so incredibly grateful for what you’ve accomplished.

In 2025, our kids were healthy
In 2025, Johnny turned 4 and Josie turned 2
In 2025, we watched our businesses thrive (with plenty of valleys along the way)
In 2025, we traveled
In 2025, we went camping
In 2025, we made Disney memories
In 2025, I got my real estate license
In 2025, Josie started walking
In 2025, Josie and Johnny started going to preschool together
In 2025, we opened our new shop and RV dealership
In 2025, we dedicated our kids at church
In 2025, we got a new car
In 2025, we watched graduations happen
In 2025, we saw our friends do really cool things, attended birthday parties, watched them bring babies home, buy new houses and so much more
In 2025, my Nina went to heaven
In 2025, we got to hug our family members and watch them grow in all kinds of ways
In 2025, we had so much fun just being the little family of 4 that we are
In 2025, we just had so many reasons to be grateful

A super sweet Christmas this year ✨💫
Johnny is 4, Josie is 2 - sweet spot years I hear. 🫶🏻
Johnny asked Santa for a pedal bike and Josie asked for an Anna doll, we watched the movie The Star about 900 times and they are obsessed with any nativity scene they see. Our elf Duvie did all kinds of silly stuff this season. The magic was something I won’t forget, them being still small but seemingly just so big. 🥹 Merry Christmas to all from our family to yours and big hugs to anyone whose season was harder than what you see on a Christmas card. Usina Family • 2025

For our anniversary, we booked our wedding photographers, who have been there not only for our wedding but so many of our friends and family’s special days- @wojweddings we love you guys 🥹 This time we took family photos. Photos I’ll cherish for a long time, we wanted to capture this moment in time - when our kids are still so little and sweet and unpredictable and joyous. This little family that is everything, our crew of 4 that is so tight- a closeness I pray remains until my final days. When I look at the photo of just us, Stephen and I, I see people who have fought hard to keep showing up for each other, who both want so much more for their babies than they ever had, tired eyes but real smiles. Trips are wonderful, nice dinners are the bomb, pretty jewelry is a treat but these photos are truly the greatest gift. Capturing this teeny season for what it is, simple and sweet - so worth the chaos that was taking these pictures with our two gremlins. My family that heals me daily. How it started Vs how it’s going.

Started with a yellow sheet of paper 14 years ago in a bar that no longer exists. Emily checked yes and the rest has been the best ride I could have imagined.

7 years of marriage later, she’s still the dreamer that I married. Thank you for not only blessing me with two amazing children, but for being the best wife a guy could ask for.
