Omicho Market | Kanazawa, Japan 📍

While in Kanazawa you need to hit up the Omicho Market. Wide variety of produce, seafood and other offerings. Kanazawa is near the Sea of Japan so you’ll always get the freshest seafood. You know when you walk into an asian market in the US and it smells fishy, you wont find that here. Here are some goods from a popular vendor we found.

- fresh crab in its shell. Mix it up with the innards and splash a little shoyu (soy sauce) and vinegar they provide, 🤤
- fresh raw scallops with wasabi. So plump and meaty
- fresh raw oysters. Just tasted like the sea and didnt need anything
- fresh uni (sea urchin) I put some of this in the crab and damn it was good by @eating.hellagood

Cup Noodles Museum | Yokohama, Japan 📍

In the @cupnoodle_jp museum they have a food court where you can choose different noodles/pastas that the inventor of the Cup Noodle, Momofuku Ando, enjoyed through his life. They had ice cream on the menu and not using any translator I bought both options and didnt realize until trying it that it’s vanilla soft serve with the real cup noodle toppings and flavorings haha. It was kinda weird at first because of the savory flavor of curry and chicken but honestly I thought it worked. Would you try it??

- Ice cream with Chicken soup base toppings
- Ice cream with Curry soup base toppings
- Indonesian Mi Goreng
- Korean cold noodles
- Spaghetti

Ramen Jazzy Beats | Meguro City, Japan 📍

Did you know that July 11th is Ramen Day in Japan? I didn’t either but today is a good day to share my new favorite ramen spot in Japan! @ramen_jazzybeats serving up delicious ramen and known for their Chicken and Niboshi ramen. Rich broth with perfect noodles. Perfect jammy eggs, I mean just look at the color. I could go on and on talking about it but you just gotta try it for yourself!

Turkey & The Wolf

Turkey & The Wolf

- Sausage Muffin Supreme: sage pork sausage, hash brown, griddled onions, american cheese and english muffin. I got this earlier this year in May but it was so good I had to get another one.

B.S. Taqueria

- Breakfast burrito. The salsa had a nice tanginess to break up the richness of the burrito and the two breakfast sandos in the previous slides

All’Antico Vinaio

- L’Inferno: Porchetta, Nduja, Spicy Eggplant, Spicy Zucchini, Arugula. Not spicy for me but good flavor

@moreyogurt.la recently opened up at The District at Tustin Legacy in the beginning of the Summer. I liked this place. They have yogurt smoothie drinks and some small yogurt snacks.

- Strawberry blueberry chocolate crunch bowl. I could have eaten this in two bites but I savored it. They dont skimp on the berries either.
