📍Kitchen Story - Oakland
Reviving this account to post something with millionaires bacon in it because that is worth reviving for. We went to Kitchen Story for the first time and ordered a lot of yummy food! We also got mimosas because that is the law of brunch (although I got a sangria instead). Kitchen Story is American/ Californian Asian fusion. We got the Jjapaguri (as featured in Parasite: made with Korean instant noodles, jjapaghetti and Neoguri Udon), Tornado Galbi omurice, and the Blackstone Benedict. 📍Boichik Bagels
I love bagels so much. So much so that I would pay $16 for a bagel with lox, cream cheese, capers, red onions, and tomato. @simonluonggg and I went on a run and got rewarded with bagels. I got The Classic and Alicia got a sesame bagel with lox cream cheese! It was very yummy and honestly worth the price in my opinion. 📍Berkeley Social Club
I. Love. Bacon. And this millionaires bacon is actually the best thing I’ve ever had! We got a Blackstone Benedict, Salmon Benedict, and a Brussel Hash. Super yummy brunch place for a birthday (happy birthday @yanqx_chel )!! Would definitely recommend for special occasions or a fun and cute date : ) taken in Berkeley Social Club by @eatingberkeley

📍Sumo Roll
Finally found a sushi place in Berkeley that is yummy! We got a rainbow roll that was very filling and a sushi burrito that they’re known for. YUM! to think I used to hate sushi taken in Sumo Roll by @eatingberkeley

📍La Note
One of the best brunch places! Super cute and very yummy food with a nice outdoor seating area! We got a bunch of different cotes and pancakes! I recommend the blueberry oat pancake it was actually so good and I don’t even really like pancakes. taken in La Note Restaurant by @eatingberkeley

📍Dumpling home
I love dumplings so this was amazing!! We got:
Hot and sour soup
Numb and spicy pork xiao long bao
Juicy pork bao
Pork dumpling with sesame sauce and red chili oil
This was enough for two hungry people! by @eatingberkeley

📍Fred’s Coffee Shop
Stopped here with @arcatcal on the way to Muir Woods and it was so good! They were able to accommodate 11 people inside and the staff was so friendly and helpful. A lot of us got eggs Benedict’s; this was the Blackstone Benedict with millionaires bacon and hash browns. Very good and very worth it for the price. The portions were HUGE. 📍Sweet Mango
As an avid mango lover this is so good!! Especially after our amazing dinner. We got mango pomelo and sago, a jade castle, and a fruit eggette! Would definitely recommend for treat (they only take cash though) taken in San Francisco, California by @eatingberkeley

📍Z&Y Restaurant
If you like 麻辣 this is a very yummy place! We got many things that looked very spicy but was’t actually THAT spicy.
Here is everything that we got!
水煮鱼(chili oil fish)
蒜泥白肉 (garlic pork wrap)
石锅萝卜牛腩 (stone pot radish and beef)
干锅花菜 (clay pot cauliflower and pork belly)
牛肉香菜卷饼 (beef and cilantro roll)

📍Palette Tea House & Dim Sum
The cutest designed restaurant ever! You’re basically an artist when you’re there. Your plate is an artist’s palette and your paints are your dipping sauces! 📍Dumpling Time
We ordered pork xiao long bao, vegetable dumplings, vegetable spring rolls, and sesame balls! As a recently turned vegetarian the dumplings were delicious, as was everything else! Very yummy 😋 taken in Dumpling Time by @eatingberkeley

literally the best birria tacos ever!
we got their famous tacos dorados de birria and the birria burrito with beans and rice
they were so nice and gave us a strawberry lemonade drink as well!
