Easy Choc Protein Mousse 🤎☕️ This combo might sound strange but it’s rich, chocolatey, packed with protein and tastes like a dessert 😍 Trust me and give it a go!! Makes one (double recipe for two serves): 194 cals 31g protein You will need: ✅ 1 @_choclt x @musclenation chocolate caramel yoghurt pouch ✅ 20g @musclenation mocha protein powder JESS10 ✅ 5g cocoa powder ✅ 10ml sugar-free maple syrup (And of course any toppings you desire) 🍫 Method: 1. In a small bowl, add the yoghurt, protein powder, cocoa powder and sugar-free maple syrup to a bowl 2. Mix until completely smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps 3. If I see a cute trend involving sprinkles I immediately have to make my own version 😮‍💨🎂✨ This is my healthier overnight Dot Cake Weetbix and I am in love!!Makes 1 👇🏼320 cals29g proteinYou will need: ✅ 2 Weetbix, crushed (I used GF) ✅ 50-80ml water or milk of choice‘Cake Batter’ yoghurt layer: ✅ 150g protein yoghurt, I used @musclenation vanilla✅ 15g @musclenation vanilla protein powder JESS10 ✅ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ✅ 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup/sweetener ✅ Tiny pinch of saltTopped with: ✅ As many sprinkles as your heart desires ✨Method:1. Crush your Weetbix into a container and coat with water or milk until softened2. In a separate bowl, mix your yoghurt with the protein powder, vanilla, maple syrup, and pinch of salt to give it that cake batter flavour 🎂3. Spread the protein yoghurt evenly over the Weetbix base4. Lemon cheesecake inspired overnight Weetbix 🤤 This is such a delicious brekkie staple for sweet treat lovers who want to get their protein in!Serves one:278 cals & 21.5 g proteinYou will need:✅ 2x GF Weetbix, crushed✅ 80-100ml water or milk of choice✅ 1x @paulsplusprotein 150 g Lemon Cheesecake Yoghurt Pouch 🍋✅ 15 g lemon curd✅ 5 g soy protein crispsMethod:1. Add the Weetbix to a bowl or container and crush them up.2. Pour your water or milk and mix until it forms a soft, slightly sticky base. Press it down firmlyto create an even layer.3. Spoon the lemon cheesecake yoghurt evenly over the Weetbix base, smoothing it out4. Drizzle or dollop the lemon curd over the top and gently layer it over the yoghurt5. I’m not over these choc mint balls and probably never will be 🍫🫶🏼💚 This one is for my choc mint lovers who love a good high protein treat 😮‍💨Makes 7 👇🏼165 cals18g proteinYou will need:✅ 1 cup soy protein crisps (I get mine from Coles)✅ 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup✅ 1/4 cup cocoa powder✅ 150g high protein cottage cheese✅ 2 scoops Muscle Nation Choc Mint Ice Cream Protein Powder (60g) JESS10Topped with:✅ 70g protein chocolate (or any choc of choice)✅ 1 choc mint aero bar (35g) chopped upMethod:1. As simple as shown! Mix all base ingredients together well until smooth. You may wish to use a food processor or blender, too.2. Now roll into 8 balls and coat in additional cocoa powder. Freeze while you melt your chocolate down3. Melt your chocolate to cost the protein balls. Pour over the balls, then chop up some aero pieces to add to the top4. 🤤🍋 High protein Lemon Panna Cotta 🤤🍋 This is SO easy to prep and honestly tastes like a regular dessert!!Serves 2:113 cals18 g proteinYou will need:✅ 2x @paulsplusprotein 150 g Lemon Cheesecake Yoghurt Pouches 🍋✅ 1x sachet light lemon jelly✅ 1/3 cup room temp water✅ 1/2 cup boiling waterOptionally, top each one with an extra dollop of lemon cheesecake yoghurt, a lemon wedgeand some high protein soy crisps!Method:1. In a bowl, add the sachet of light lemon jelly. Pour in 1⁄2 cup boiling water and stir well untilfully dissolved. Then add in room temp water and stir2. Now add in your yoghurt pouches and stir well. I recommend whisking to remove lumps.3. Pour into two dishes and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) until set4. Crush the Weetbix into fine crumbs in a bowl, then add protein powder and mix well.2. Pour in almond milk, maple syrup and peanut butter and mix until it forms a thick, sticky mixture.3.
