Stepping into the new year like...

There have been many highs and lows, we all went through 2020 in our own ways.

As we countdown to 2021 and start reflecting on 2020 - I am nothing but grateful for my family and friends. Those who were there for me during those moments of highs and lows - just a zoom or google hang call away.

Staying at the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel is like staying in Cinderella’s castle - what more could a girl ask for?Unfortunately we booked the hotel too late so we didn’t get to book a character themed room, but every room is just as nice and magical

One of the tastiest things we had during our visit to Tokyo Disneyland. It was so good we almost went back for more but alas the 30 minute wait time cut into my precious Disneyland midday parade time 😂

Fluffy white bread shaped like Mickeys iconic gloves filled with juicy fried chicken in a nice sweet and sour sauce

So much flavour in one tiny bite. The sweetness of the ika, combined with the smoothness of the uni = pure perfection. This nigiri was heaven in bite one

I am extremely grateful that I was able to go on several trips before our world dramatically changed. I look forward to the day I can see and hug my friends, dine at a restaurant, go to the mall and travel again. Until then, stay safe and healthy inside!

Including the 2 weeks of self isolation post vacation - I’m officially starting my 8th week of #socialdistancing. Feeling thankful to all those who go to work to allow us to stay at home.

SSANGKYE JJIMDAK - they’re known for their braised chicken dishes (which are delicious....incase you were wondering)

The star of the night for me though, was the honey cheese pizza. Definitely not flavours I thought would ever go together but it somehow works. And this is how I want to enjoy my pizza...forever

📍Montreal
SSENSE CAFE - this past weekend, I did not indulge in egg hunting or eating chocolate. I did however partake in a lot of brunching. Our short trip to Montreal wouldn’t have been complete if I didn’t drop by Ssense Cafe in Old Montreal
—
The cafe is located on the 5th floor of the retail space and aesthetically speaking ... a minimalists heaven. I won’t spoil everything for you - but make sure to check out the washroom if you get the chance
