Eat Mama’s Cooking was born from the concept that most of us long for the taste of our mom’s cooking.

In food we find tradition, we find comfort, we find healing… food is the core of our existence.

Everything Mama Chela creates is done with so much love and detail. I hope you feel it when you taste her food and it gives you the same feelings your mama’s cooking inspire.

Every December the family gets together to make the laborious Christmas hallacas. Some of you may have tasted them. It’s a Venezuelan tradition as old as time… and it takes a lot of work! But every minute spent with family is worth it.

It’s music festival season in Florida ❤️‍🔥🪩

We love that food is becoming an equally important talent in the rave. More and more we travel across the country and discover the most amazing and culturally unique food at festivals.

When we had the vision to bring arepas to raves, we knew this hearty, healthy and delicious treat would sit well with our rave babies.

Now when your mama asks “what did you eat?” You can proudly say “the best arepa ever 😍”

A time was had at @hocuspocusmiami . We introduced our mini arepas to the menu and our rave babies loved them ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
