The Braised Beef and Broccoli is our take on the classic dish. Our beef is seared and then slowly roasted in the oven in a bespoke glaze and then shredded. The charred broccoli is put in the oven at high heat for the perfect amount of char and then tossed in our yuzu dressing made special just for it. No fried beef or broccoli for us!
