I had to spin the block and pull back up to EAT in NoHo because one visit wasn’t enough! 🍴🔥

This time i went ALL IN:
🥞 Japanese Soufflé Pancakes
🍗 Chicken & Waffle Benedict
🥪 Philly Cheesesteak & Sweet Potato Fries
🍨 Dessert Parfait
🍞 Toast

Now let me tell y’all… those Japanese soufflé pancakes were DIFFERENT! 😩🔥 Soft, warm, fluffy, sweet… they literally melt in your mouth. No hesitation—I’d order those AGAIN and AGAIN!

Safe to say EAT is still holding it down! If you’re in NoHo and looking for a brunch spot, this one deserves a spot on your list. 👏🏾

There’s a reason @eatnoho is so popular in North Hollywood! Since we came around noon, we opted for their lunch items and they were both to die for! The Bourbon Burger was delicious, a brioche bun filled with two fresh Australian Wagyu patties, cheddar cheese, arugula, basil garlic mayo, and blueberry bourbon bacon jam. The Ahi There was also an incredibly fresh pick, a mix of veggies topped with a sesame-crusted seared ahi tuna and a light Asian dressing. I’m looking forward to coming back to try their NEW Japanese Soufflé Taro Pancakes!

First of all, thank you for inviting me to try the fluffy Japanese soufflé pancakes.

I saved my appetite and didn’t eat anything prior to trying that fantastic, tasty, and exciting dish.

I capture on camera my experience trying combinations of textures and flavors that I haven’t tried before.

Every time I go to the café, they’re playing Sade in the background, so that inspired my reel audio choice.

Everything on this table was hitting—NO MISSES

Yeahhh I ain’t gonna lie… the churro French toast STOLE the whole show 😭🔥
That chile relleno?? I LOVED it, they snapped with that fr 😩
And the red velvet pancakes held it down too 👀

This brunch felt like stepping into a peaceful little world in the middle of North Hollywood 🌸🌿

EAT has such a cozy, garden café meets modern bistro vibe. Dark wood tables, soft lighting and these beautiful indoor trees that make the whole space feel calm and almost dreamlike. You can sit inside for a more intimate feel or enjoy the open, airy seating depending on your mood ☀️

🌱 Food Highlights 🌱
The big breakfast burrito was simple, classic and really hearty. But the potatoes… easily some of the best I’ve had. Thin, evenly cooked and so satisfying 🥔✨

The Crab Me Softly eggs benedict was as delicious as it looked 🦀🤍

And my favorite
the churro french toast. Sweet, slightly crunchy and perfectly balanced with fresh fruit 💛🍓

Drinks were just as good
fresh squeezed orange juice 🍊
warm latte ☕️
and a smooth iced matcha latte 🍵

Such a peaceful spot with really good food and even better company 🤍✨
