@penang_philly ……. A cool x cozy industrial looking establishment located in Chinatown that is serving authentic x comforting x flavorful dishes from the northwest coast of Peninsular Malaysia, Penang. Their most noticeable dishes are their Home Made Roti Canai (w Chicken Curry) x Hainanese Chicken x Mango Chicken x chicken + beef skewers (in a flavorful satay sauce) ….. highly recommend ordering !

Did you know they had coconut lobster dish? Crispy x flavorful lobster that is fried and topped with coconut shavings …… spectacular (must call ahead to order )
.
What about a sizzling Japanese bean curd ? Fried tofu in their house special black bean sauce ~ fantastic
.
They also have delicious x crispy golden fried squid too !

@alamousse ……. A cozy cafe located in Chinatown serving beautifully crafted + delicious Asian and French inspired desserts !

Their desserts are light and not too sweet ! Some of my favorites were the mango mousse cake x tangerine cake (cheese cake with blood orange filling) x Polar Bear ( Vanilla Mousse x Milk Chocolate Pudding x Hazelnut Praline x Chocolate Flourless Cake)
.
Their strawberry matcha latte was fantastic too ! Def worth checking out !

A great spot for brunch ! Nice ambiance x vibes with fantastic food …… make sure you save room for dessert yo !

@standardtap has a new executive chef @jawn.bonjovi and Chef is serving fantastic shrimp and grits x lobster + eggs Benedict …. Along with standard tap staples ….. chicken pot pie and their delicious burger
.
Highly recommend trying the items below !
Shrimp & Grits
3 head on prawns, castle valley mill grits, americaine sauce, sunny egg, bottarga

Lobster Benedict
english muffin, poached eggs, hollandaise
.
Chelada Mezcal
4 kings point oysters, tajin rim, cilantro, lime, love city lager, vicio mezcal

They have a refreshing radicchio and apple salad ! A great summer sausage plate with house made summer sausage, Oleg valley tomme, rosemary crackers, rhubarb mostardo, pippora peppers!

If you are into cocktails …. They have a delicious Black Manhattan- knob rye, dark amaro, orange bitters, brandied cherry

Drunken Eggplant Cutlet is back at @angelos_pizzeria_south_philly ‘s wolf street location ! It’s a spectacular sandwich !

Crispy eggplant cutlets ….. shaved Parmesan ….. fresh mozzarella……spinach ….. house made seeded roll ….with their vodka sauce on the side (the only way to go ) ! 😍

They have fries fried in beef tallow ….. with a side of long hot whizzzzzz …. Fantastic

@ensoranj ……. A cafe located in Cherry Hill New Jersey ….. serving comforting Matcha ….. fantastic sandwiches ….. spectacular warm pastries !

Guava x matcha latte was balanced, not too sweet and delicious

House pork sausage patty x cheese x fried egg x arugula x pickled vegetables x spicy mayo in between a cookie crusted brioche bun~ BBB
(Bolo Bao Breakfast) ~ outstanding sandwich
.
Comforting spicy miso egg sandwich
Creamy egg salad made with kewpie, sliced cucumbers, spicy miso, in between a spongy lightly toasted shokupan milk bread
.
Fantastic x warm taiyaki ~ a fish shaped pastry filled with not too sweet filling with a crispy outer layer and a soft chewy inner layer - went with the pandan and red bean
.
Croyaki ~ croissant and taiyaki ~ make sure you try this ! It’s flaky x warm x crispy x chewy and filled with a delicious raspberry filling !

Can’t wait to comeback and try their soft serve and gelato ! Highly recommend checking this spot out !
