Went to @thebloomfestival to check out @caphe.diem ! ☕️☕️
•
My bf and I got their hazelnut coffee and Saigon cinnamon coffee. Their coffee is smooth and strong, but not too bitter. The cream topping was delicious as well, not too sweet! Can’t wait to try out more drinks from them!

📍Croissante | Santa Clara, CA

I finally tried Croissante and it did not disappoint! 🥐🥐

All their pastries are made in house daily. They use flour and butter imported from France.

Everything I tried was delicious! My favorite was surprisingly the pepper sausage danish! The croissant layer was crispy and buttery. The sausage had a nice snap and it was very flavorful! Mango croissant was my second favorite! The cream wasn’t too sweet and the mangos weren’t sour!

Highly recommend checking this place out!

✨Sushi Tacos?!?✨
•
New Japanese restaurant just opened in Sacramento! This place took over Tasty House.
•
I came here with my family and everyone thought this place was decent! Portions were HUGE and everything was decently priced.
•
Their sushi tacos were pretty good, tho I think it could’ve used more sauce. Ramen was good and they give you a lot of noodles. Their soft boiled eggs were the perfect texture! The gyudon was my favorite out of the rice bowls.
•
Their milk teas were surprisingly good! Usually I don’t really have high expectations for restaurant bobas, but this was decent. Tea was creamy and not too sweet. Boba was nice and chewy too.

📍LAKA BBQ, 8469 Elk Grove Blvd, Ste 6, Elk Grove, CA 95624

So glad we have an actual Cantonese bbq spot in EG! Their roast duck had good flavor and it wasn’t too fatty. The roast pork was a little too salty, but it did go well with the rice. The skin was really crispy. Bbq pork was a little too dry. Chicken was just ok imo.

Restaurant is a bit out of the way, but they serve some great Cantonese dishes! Their dishes had a lot of wok hei, nothing was overly salty or oily.

The popular cheesecakes from @tokyomilkcheesefactoryusa is now available all across California!

Cakes are shipped frozen with dry ice and should be placed in either the freezer or fridge once it arrives.

🧀 Milk Cheese Cake - soft, creamy, not too sweet. Perfect dessert to end the night.
🧀 Truffle & Cheddar Cookie - you can really taste the truffle flavor in this, very rich.
🍯 Honey & Gorgonzola Cookie - very bold cheese flavor with a hint of sweetness from the honey.

Thank you for the goodies!

Sac just got a new hand pulled noodle spot! Overall, it’s a decent spot, would definitely go back to try more things. Noodle texture was soft and chewy plus they give you a good amount of noodles.
