Respect to the craft. 🫡
Taking a moment to reflect on my journey from Nigeria 🇳🇬 to Nairobi 🇰🇪 for the DaVinci Gourmet championship. Behind the scenes, it’s all about precision and passion, and it was a privilege to share my work with such an esteemed panel of judges and talented competitors.
Thank you for the energy, Kenya! 🇰🇪✨

Journey of Passion & Excellence Capturing the best moments of representing Nigeria 🇳🇬 at the championship in Kenya. It was more than just a competition,it was a celebration of art and coffee.
I want to extend my deepest gratitude to my talented Kenyan 🇰🇪& Egypt 🇪🇬 competitors . Your incredible skills and high sportsmanship were truly inspiring. It was an honor to share the stage with you all.
A huge thank you to the organizers DaVinci Gourmet for putting together such a world-class event and for providing the perfect platform to showcase our creativity .
From Lagos to Nairobi,stay tuned,because we’re just getting started! ☕️ 🙌

Throwback to my entry video at @davincigourmetafrica

Davinci Gourmet vanilla syrup 25ml
1 Shot of espresso
Homemade cinnamon & cloves syrup 25ml
Full cream milk 120ml

Garnish with cinnamon stick
Add all ingredients except milk into a shaker with unflavored ice cubes and shake vigorously for 30secs and pour over ice into a cognac glass
Dry shake the full cream milk in a shaker and pour it on the drink in a glass to create a layers

I’m a fan of warm, comforting flavors. The cinnamon and clove syrup adds a cozy twist to the classic coffee, while the DaVinci vanilla syrup provides a smooth and creamy element. It’s a perfect blend for a chilly day.”
