Are you a Muslim who has wasted hours doomscrolling?

Is this you?
You open one app and an hour disappears, and you can’t remember most of what you watched.
You want to read Quran, but never find the time. Somehow there’s always time for one more video.
Your phone is on your mind even during Salah, and you rush through your prayer to get back to your notifications.
You have good intentions to pray on time, read more Quran, and make more dhikr. Then Satan’s whispers start. “Later.” “Just one more video.”

If this sounds like you, Ebadah can help. Ebadah blocks your most distracting apps until you do acts of ibadah, like Salah, Quran, or dhikr. Less time scrolling. More time with Allah.

Ebadah launches October 16, and there’s a free version so anyone who downloads it can get value. Join the waitlist within 12 hours of this post to get an exclusive launch bonus.

Your iman won’t always feel the same, and that’s okay.

Some days you feel closer to Allah than others. What matters is that you keep making the effort, even when it’s difficult.

Protect your salah. Read a little Qur’an. Replace a few minutes of scrolling with dhikr.

The Prophet Muhammad ï·ș taught us that the most beloved deeds to Allah are those done consistently, even if they are small.

You don’t need to change your entire life overnight. Start small and stay consistent.

That’s why we built Ebadah, an app that helps you spend less time scrolling and more time on ibadah.

Muslims are struggling with doomscrolling. This is why we built Ebadah.

Tech companies spend billions a year to keep us glued to our phones. For many of us, scrolling is the first thing we do in the morning and the last thing we do at night. It’s not a lack of willpower. These apps are built to be hard to put down.

We keep telling ourselves “just 5 more minutes.” Then Salah gets delayed, Quran gets pushed to later, and dhikr gets replaced by swiping.

So we built Ebadah, a tool for the Ummah that turns screen time into a reason to remember Allah. Ebadah blocks distracting apps until you do acts of ibadah like Salah, Quran, or dhikr. Our virtual tasbih even has you swipe up like you’re scrolling, so the same motion that kept you on your phone now keeps you remembering Allah.

Ebadah was founded on one hadith. The Prophet ï·ș said the most beloved deeds to Allah are those done consistently, even if they are small.

5 signs your phone is stealing your deen

1. You check your phone before praying Fajr
A few minutes of scrolling can turn into praying late, or missing Fajr entirely.

2. You delay Salah for “one more video”
“One more” turns into praying at the last minute, or missing salah entirely.

3. You have no time for Quran, but hours for reels
It isn’t a time problem. It’s an attention problem.

4. You fill every quiet moment with scrolling
Waiting in line, sitting in traffic, lying in bed. These are the easiest moments to fill with dhikr.

5. Your free time never feels free
The Prophet ï·ș said there are two blessings many people lose out on: health and free time.

If you saw yourself in any of these, you’re not alone. Our phones are designed to keep us hooked, and most of us are fighting it without the right tools.

That’s why we built Ebadah, an app that has you do ibadah to unlock your screen time. We launch October 16, and the waitlist is free with an exclusive bonus for those who join early.

Save this and share it with someone who needs it.

Your dunya isn’t the problem. It’s when it starts taking priority over your deen.

We make time for work, friends, and hours of scrolling, but sometimes struggle to find even 5 minutes for Qur’an.

The goal isn’t to give up your dunya. It’s to find a better balance and build small habits that bring you closer to Allah.

That’s why we built Ebadah. To help you spend less time scrolling and more time on what matters.

4 habits that make Fajr harder (and what to do instead) 🌙

1. Staying up late with nothing to show for it
Every late night is borrowed from your Fajr. Pick a bedtime and protect it like a prayer time.

2. Scrolling in bed
“Five more minutes” turns into an hour, and your brain stays awake long after the lights go off. Charge your phone across the room, not next to your pillow.

3. Sleeping without wudu or adhkar
The Prophet ï·ș taught us to sleep in a state of wudu. Make wudu, recite Ayat al-Kursi and the last three surahs, then sleep.

4. Hitting snooze
Shaytan ties three knots on the head of whoever sleeps. Remembering Allah, making wudu, and praying each undo one. Get up on the first alarm, say Alhamdulillah, and make wudu.

Fajr starts the night before. Pick one habit to fix tonight.

💬 Which one is the hardest for you?
📌 Save this and share it with someone who’s been struggling with Fajr.

Need help waking up for Fajr? Ebadah blocks the apps that keep you up scrolling. To unlock them, you earn screen time through Salah, Quran, and dhikr. We launch October 16. Join the free waitlist at the link in bio and get an exclusive waitlist bonus.

Your iman will not always feel the same.

Some days salah feels focused. Some days Qur’an feels easy. Other days, even remembering Allah can feel harder than usual.

The answer is not trying to change everything overnight.

Start small. Read one page of Qur’an. Say Astaghfirullah 33 times. Add one extra Sunnah prayer.

The Prophet ï·ș taught that the most beloved deeds to Allah are those that are consistent, even if they are small.

Small deeds, repeated often, can slowly change what your day looks like.

Need help staying consistent? The Ebadah app blocks distracting apps until you complete small acts of ibadah.

Habits are built in the boring months, not in the first week of a new year.

Pray on time. Read Quran daily. Keep your tongue busy with istighfar. Move your body. Put the phone down.

None of these need a perfect setup. They need a start date and a small daily amount you can actually keep.

If you’re serious about building these, we built something to help. The Ebadah app blocks distracting apps until you unlock screen time through acts of ibadah.

Your iman doesn’t change from knowing more. It changes when you start acting on what you already know.

Protect your salah.
Spend time with the Qur’an.
Keep your tongue busy with dhikr.

Small deeds, done consistently.

And if your phone is constantly getting in the way, that’s why we built Ebadah.

Ebadah blocks distracting apps until you do ibadah, helping you turn scrolling time into something that actually benefits you.

DM “scroll” and we’ll send you the link to join the free waitlist.
