Heri ya kuzaliwa kwangu! 🎉❤️

Mungu aendelee kuniongoza. Let God lead. 🙏🏽

When you see me seriously working hard it's because I know where I came from and the memories are bitter. If you can't help me to reach my desired success, atleast don't mock me when you see me trying to workk hard 🙏.

Greatness in Motion

In slow motion, you see what speed tries to hide—the discipline, the power, the pain, and the determination behind every stride. Daniel Ebenyo reminds us that greatness isn't just about how fast you run, but how much heart you carry every step of the way. 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥 taken in University of Eldoret - U.O.E by @ebenyodaniel

It Has Been God All Through 🙏🏾❤️
In every step, in every season, in every challenge and every victory , it has been God all through🙏.
From humble beginnings to standing in places I once only dreamed of, I know that it is not by my strength alone. His grace has carried me, His favor has opened doors, and His hand has guided my journey.
I am grateful for every lesson, every opportunity, every person who has been part of the journey, and every moment that has shaped me.
I look back with thanksgiving and forward with faith, knowing that the best is yet to come.
It has been God. It is God. And it will always be God. 🙏🏾

"A child should run because they have a dream, not because they have no water nearby."

From Samburu to the international athletics stage, I know what distance means.
Today, I'm running at home for something bigger than medals:
🔹For water.
🔹For peace.
🔹For opportunity.
🔹For drought resilience.
And my appeal to partners is equally clear:
Adopt a project. Invest in water infrastructure. Invest in drought resilience. Invest in sustainable livelihoods.
This one is for home. by @ebenyodaniel

A productive morning at Nyayo Stadium as the final preparations continue for the Commonwealth Games next week. Every lap, every stride, and every sacrifice is building toward the moment I've been working for. I'm grateful for the strength God gives me each day and ready to represent my country with pride.

The alarm rings before the sun rises, but purpose gets me out of bed. 🌅🏃🏾‍♂️
Another blessed morning at Kasarani Stadium, putting in the work that no one sees. Every lap, every stride, and every drop of sweat is an investment in the dreams God has placed in my heart.
Greatness isn't built overnight,it is built through consistency, sacrifice, and faith. I know the road ahead won't always be easy, but I trust that every training session is preparing me for something greater.
"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans." (Proverbs 16:3)
Thank You, God, for the strength to keep chasing excellence. The mission continues, one step at a time. The best is yet to come. 🇰🇪🙏🏾🔥
