Working on Bole Festival 10 was another reminder of why I enjoy being in the media and events space.

Through @thesocialmediaexpert24, I was privileged to be part of the team responsible for content creation, social media management, live coverage, and capturing the moments that shaped the festival. It gave me the opportunity to contribute beyond just posting content. It was about understanding the event, telling its story, and making sure the energy reached people both on ground and online.

From planning to execution, every moment came with lessons, collaboration, and growth. I’m grateful to have worked alongside a creative team that brought the Power of X to your screens.

The past year, I have read quite a number of books at my own pace. Each came with its own lesson, but The Courage to Be Disliked met me at the point I needed it the most.

One lesson from this book that I believe everyone should reflect on is: “All human problems are interpersonal relationship problems.” At first, it was hard to wrap my head around, but through different encounters and altercations with people, I began to understand the truth behind it.

The book is not about learning how to be disliked; it is about understanding yourself, working better with people, and recognizing how your actions, words, and intentions affect your relationships.

It also teaches the importance of separating tasks, knowing what is your responsibility and what belongs to others. You cannot control how people perceive you, but you can control how you show up.

If you are looking for a book that challenges the way you think about relationships, self-growth, and personal freedom, I highly recommend The Courage to Be Disliked. It might meet you at the point where you need it the most.

Spotify x The Orchards Fresh Finds on Campus was an experience to remember.

One thing that stood out for me was the ambience, the seamless flow of operations, and how engaged the students were throughout the experience.

From the energy to the interactions, it was a great example of creating moments that connect with people beyond just an event.
