We’re thrilled to announce that our new album “Beyond”—released by Indesens—is out now and available on all major streaming platforms! 🎧✨
“Beyond” brings together some of the works that have most profoundly shaped the artistic journey of our quartet. 🌌

To listen to Beyond is to practise a cartography of the unseen.
Trace Xenakis’s tectonic fissures; ride Lorusso’s ascendant thermals; feel Clift’s scratches blur the frame; navigate Czernowin’s volatile labyrinth; endure Tzortzis’s blinding flare; and finally drift with Biedenbender into the folds where maps dissolve. At the world’s edge one discovers the edge is an illusion: there is always another horizon, always another beyond. EBM invites you to step across it. 🚀

If you enjoy the album, you can order a physical copy by reaching out through our website. 💿
And if you’re in Bern, come celebrate the release with us tonight at Progr! 🎉🎻

With «beyond», Ensemble du Bout du Monde embarks on a bold sonic journey, traversing raw density, luminous resonance, and dreamlike landscapes. 🎶
These six striking works form a living cartography of the unknown, shaped by shared breath and dissolved boundaries. 🎼

Liminality - @ebm.saxo’s first US Tour 🇺🇸🎷
What an unforgettable journey.

Words can’t fully describe how I feel after EBM’s first-ever US tour. Bringing my dear colleagues to my home country was surreal - to show them where I grew up, studied, and was shaped as a musician. Seeing them experience my culture, my roots, from a completely new perspective was something I’ll never forget.

Three weeks together on the road - six-hour car rides, endless coffee hunts, concerts that felt electric and grounded all at once - we became more than an ensemble, we became a family. ❤️

Huge love and gratitude to my incredible colleagues Noa Mick, Simona Castria, and Salvatore Castellano. We’ve proven once again the power of our music and our bond. I’m endlessly proud of our EBM.

And to the many universities, institutions, sponsors, and friends who made this tour possible - thank you for believing in us and in the future of contemporary music. @henriselmerparis, @connselmerinc, @wcuofpa, Jonathan Ragonese, @susquehanna_music, @dr.nyce, @greenwood.high.school, Steven Howell, @odubands, @rowanwoodwinds, @rowanmusicdept, @peabody_saxophones, @necmusic, @gaillevinsky, @drelhful, @sarajanes_myname, @tg_aust, @noaeven.music, @saxophonedoug, @perrycountyartspa, Ariana Koch, @hostermancreative, @tammymacwhinnie, Stratis Minakakis, @davideianni, @nima.jann, and several corporate sponsors.

To our composers - @davebied, @cookazachary, @chayaczernowin7, @davideianni, @nima.jann, @g.loruss, @mariaeugenialuc, Stratis Minakakis, @frederikneyrinck, and Nicholas Tzortzis - thank you for your vision and your sound. You are our inspiration.

Though the tour has ended, we continue to explore the “in-between” - the space where sound, emotion, and imagination blur.

It’s a wrap! 🎉

With our concert at the @necmusic in Boston, our very first American tour comes to an end!

We’re sincerely grateful to the composers and faculty at NEC - Stratis Minakakis, Davide Ianni, and @nima.jann - for inviting us and writing us three incredible new quartets to enrich saxophone repertpire. Working with you has been an absolute pleasure!

A special thank you also to @chayaczernowin7 for joining us at the concert, where we premiered her piece Irrational, soon to be featured on our upcoming album.

And finally, heartfelt thanks to the wonderful audience and all the amazing people we met along the way.

See you again soon, USA! 🇺🇸💛
