Happy Heavenly Birthday, Grandma 🤍

This post is hard to write, because it hurts to put into words just how much I miss you. Today is your birthday, and not a moment goes by that I don’t think of you. I miss your laughter, your hugs, your smile, and the way you made everything feel like home. You were the heart of our family, and your love still lives in every part of me.

I carry your memory in everything I do, and I hope I’m making you proud. I wish I could celebrate with you today, tell you I love you one more time, and hear you say it back. Until we meet again, I’ll hold you close in my heart — always.

Love you forever🤍💜 by @eboni_medina

This is honestly a hard post to make because i never thought this day would actually come. Softball has meant the world to me for as long as i can remember, and being able to play at the collegiate level is something i’ll forever be grateful for. I’m so thankful for every teammate, every coach, and everyone i met along the way who supported me, pushed me, and made this journey what it was. As this chapter comes to a close, i’m officially declaring for the workforce. ✨✨ by @eboni_medina
