One of my ALL-TIME favorite flows 🩵 but we’re switching up the order. 👀 Side plank comes FIRST….Yes there’s a sneaky hold 😮‍💨Hitting the waist a little more before we unexpectedly transition into legs, we finish with foot in strap... then start from the top on side two. Same movements. Different sequence. COMPLETELY different feel. 🔥 TEACHERS ~ don’t forget how powerful sequencing can be. Take a flow you already love and change the order. You’re asking for effort from the body at different times, creating new transitions + giving the entire flow fresh energy. Your students might just think you created something BRAND NEW & AMAZING. 🤩 Flow real time with me in app 🩵 link in bio to download Formé ~ your first week is free xx by @ebonyjaynepilates
One setup. A few unexpected turns. 👀🔥 We’re taking a familiar lunge variation, adding rotation, then finishing with a DOUBLE WHAMMY for those obliques before switching sides. 😮‍💨 SWIPE through the sequence ➡️ 📌 SAVE this one for your next reformer flow! More creative, strength-focused Pilates inside Formé. 🩵 free 7-day trial linked in bio. by @ebonyjaynepilates
HOLD UP LUNGE LOVERS 🩵 This is your next Layer. A little technical? YES. But break it down and find your rhythm. SQUAT → PRESS → STAND → RETURN My favorite way to teach a coordinated sequence? Get clear on which leg is doing WHAT before putting it all together. 📌 SAVE + TRY this one! Follow Me @ebonyjaynepilates for more creative, strength-focused Pilates flows🩵 by @ebonyjaynepilates
