It wasn’t really about the weight loss.
It was about the t-shirt I’d tug at all day because i hated how it sat on me.The oversized clothes I’d hide behind for years. The mirror I’d avoid or stand at pulling at my stomach wishing it looked different. It was about being sick of envying other people and feeling embarrassed about it. Sick of being stuck in the same yo-yo cycle on. repeat. Lose a bit. Gain it back. Start again Monday. Repeat. I didn’t want a quick fix, I wanted to stop being consumed by this thing every single day.
That’s the real reason. 15kg down and so proud 🥹 taken in Gold Coast, Queensland by @ebonyraison

Posting the good moments lately to remind me that on the hard days like these it’s all worth these moments. Mental health is hard and what you see on instagram doesn’t always mean you’re always glowing with happiness & it’s all real but it gives me hope that I’m making progress it won’t always feel like this & having emotions doesn’t make you weak it just makes you human. Keep the right people close to your heart & appreciate these moments when you’re genuinely glowing with joy 🫶 by @ebonyraison
