Allow me to reintroduce myself🖤

I’m Olivia, I’m 26 years old and these are some things you may not know about me:

-my family is from Montreal, Canada. French was my first language growing up
-I have my masters in biomedical sciences and my bachelors in Biology. I’ve worked in healthcare/ clinical research since I’ve been in undergrad until recently. I thought I wanted to be a doctor then had a lil quarter life crisis and transitioned to med device sales— literally just started but I love it.

-Things I love:
•my FAMILY!!! I have the best parents and sister in the world. I probably don’t tell them that enough🫶
•my goldendoodle COCO. She is the light of my life.
•my FRIENDS! I was bullied pretty badly growing up. I keep my circle small
•COACHING. Making others feel good about themselves. I started coaching online clients last year and truly love every single one of them. When they win, I do. It is so fulfilling and rewarding to see others feel good through health and fitness the same way it’s helped me.
•BODYBUILDING. Prepping for this show has truly changed my life for the better. I feel grounded through regime and structure. I love that it’s a physical and mental grind. The athletes that compete in this sport are united through grit and discipline unlike any other sport.
•FOOD. Cooking and baking new healthy recipes are what I look forward to the most— as well as trying new/different foods from different restaurants, cultures, etc. I’ll try literally anything, I’m a huge foodie.
•MUSIC. EDM, R&B, hip/hop, country. In that order. I was also a huge musical nerd in high school. I can sing but I can’t play an instrument (I wish I could).
•make up, fashion and art! I did wedding makeup for yearssss as a side hustle and love a good museum.

Hot takes:
• I can’t watch scary movies. Don’t try to jump-scare me, I’ll punch you in the throat.
• Sports. There is not an athletic bone in my body and HATE watching them on TV. I’ll go to a football game or something for the vibes though.

Girls’ Night In: The Woman I’m Becoming was more than an event, it was a room full of women choosing community, faith, healing, growth, and becoming. 💌

What started as a vision became a room filled with over 100 women, and we’re so grateful for every woman who showed up, every partner who believed in the vision, and every hand that helped bring this experience to life.

This chapter was beautiful. And we’re just getting started. ✨
