🗓️ Date: January 10th & 11th, 2026 (Saturday & Sunday)

Sign up now through the links in our bio!

We are excited to announce a total prize pool of over $6,000 in cash prizes and additional sponsored items! All registered athletes will receive a special Athlete Bag filled with gifts from our generous sponsors.

🏅 The top three competitors in each division and weight class will be awarded custom medals.

Additionally, we will recognize the top three universities based on average GL Points, as well as the five overall open lifters based on GL Points.

5W Midwest Showdown 2 Days Event Details 🚨

The Midwest Showdown is an important initiative that highlights collegiate powerlifting programs and local talent in the Midwest. This competition serves to celebrate the commitment of athletes and provides them with opportunities to compete for cash prizes to aid in covering club & personal expenses and travel. Additionally, participants will have the chance to qualify for prestigious events such as the Powerlifting America Open and University Nationals.
