Hey friends! I'm training to become certified in AcuDetox, and tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday we need some awesome volunteers to practice on. Come get FREE AcuDetox from me (yes, I’ll be handling needles again, it's fine). It’s perfect for stress, anxiety, trauma relief etc.

No appointment needed, just show up at 10am or 2pm at Broadway East Community Center in Boulder. Let me know if you have questions, and come hang by @ech0bloom

Hey friends,
Our new single "Out of Reach" just dropped, and the music video is live! We poured a ton into this one, and we’re so stoked for you to check it out.

Give it a watch, crank it up, and let us know what you think! It’d mean the world if you shared it around, too.

🎥 Watch here: https://youtu.be/kQnKtjSSocs

Thanks for all the love and support—y’all keep us going. 🖤

Thanks 📸 @morganelizabethmedia - @hrznband @thebleeskneez and @clone_the_wolf for the help with this one!

66 months sober. It's a cool number. The hardest thing I’ve ever done—but also the most rewarding and fulfilling. From being unhoused, sick, and dying, to not wanting to live (while also being wanted, lol) in the penultimate throes of addiction, I clung to the gift of desperation. Somehow, I made it here.

I wouldn’t have believed you if you told me back then where I’d be today—grateful, happy, and alive.

Here’s a photo dump from the past couple of weeks, featuring some of the incredible people in my life that I love. Feeling blessed to be surrounded by such great energy and support.

@kstevensonart you're on the list too buddy, we just never take pics together???

Interview | @yearsdownband

Todays interview is with the band Years down who blend Pop-Punk , Post-Hardcore and alternative really well! If you are into your early 2000's pop punk then you are in for a treat. With all the nostalgia feelings combined with a touch of aggression, it creates quite the effect!

We sat down with @yearsdowndylan who was kind enough to answer our questions!

A taster of the interview questions are;
• What made them cover Stay by @justinbieber
• Tour plans!
• Where their song names come from
• When EP My Condolences is coming out!

@jasonthefacelessdrummer - Drums
@yearsdowndylan - Guitar
@griffinm_yearsdown - Vocals
@yearsdownsterling - Bass

Photos provided by the band and were taken by @morganelizabethmedia .

Wow. We're absolutely blown away by the love and support this year! Seeing our music resonate with so many people across the world is unreal. 11,000 listeners, 44,000 streams, 107 countries.. This is beyond anything we could’ve imagined. Thank you for making our art part of your lives. We’ve got even bigger things planned for next year with new music, new members, and new goals. Much love to you all! ❤️
