On Sunday, May 10th 2026, I received my Masters degree in Public Health with a specialization in Environmental Health Sciences from THE Ohio State University. This marks my SECOND degree received from this illustrious institution. Attaining this degree while working a 40 hour internship as well as carrying out my responsibilities as a Graduate Research Assistant was nothing short of an accomplishment. Many nights I’d complain about the workload and stress but how blessed was I to have my plate full with things I’ve prayed for?! None of this would be possible without my God who strengthens me.

The past 4.5 years of my life have gone by in a blur honestly and I just really want to thank God for everything and everyone he placed in my path. Lord knows how many sleepless nights I spent to earn this Degree. Thank you to my gang of Black Schemers and M4 for being my brothers and keeping me from not only going under but for also making me a better man in the last 4.5 years. To my family, thank you for pushing me and keeping me on the path. Always giving advice and providing for me when I couldn’t. Nothing can amount to what you all did for me. I am truly grateful and blessed. Thank you God.

Gozie @pharm_g_314 finally allowed me to post these so I decided to share this wedding dump with yall before archiving it for memories.

To the brothers I made during this experience, thank you so much for the wisdom and advice yall poured into me. As a 23 yr old with his whole life in front of him I listened with open ears and hope to follow in your footsteps. Love all of you and we will see each other soon because Nezi @igbo_king_of_hearts is next 🤣

To the new husband Gozie and his wife Aishat @aishat_alaran , thank you for allowing me to be in your wedding! It truly was an honor that was not taken lightly. I pray for happiness, success and prosperity between the both of you. Gozie thank you for using the eyes God gave you and marrying someone so amazing as Aishat. In the short time of me knowing her she has become the older sister in my life I never thought I needed. Aishat thank you for taking Gozie off my hands. He keeps asking me for my dimples🤣.
