This gown took several months of sewing, embellishing and problem solving. So stepping onto stage in a costume I designed for a character I love felt incredibly special at Rose City Comic Con. I’m proud of how she came together and I’m even prouder that I challenged myself to share her with an audience 💕 Thanks to all that supported and cheered for me, I really appreciate it! 🥰🥰

She started as a sketch.

Then came ten months of draping, pattern modifications, sewing, hundreds of pearls and one tiny hat.

Seeing this vision finally come to life by the sea made every late night worth it. 🥹
