October 2008. Turns out some of the first photos I ever took were 18 years ago. 🤯 I was 10 back then and what I remember is my mom making me go to hikes with her and her friends all the time.

I was browsing through my hard drives and found some old photos I gad completely forgotten about. So this kinda inspired me to do this post, because why not.

Although, I really started getting into photography around 2017, turns out I have been taking photos occasionally way before that. 😅

Of course, a lot of them are not great (quite terrible, actually) but there are some good ones that have captured some wonderful moments from way back in my childhood years. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find many of those oldest photos as they are back at my hometown.

Still, it was nice to see the evolution (from the good ones all through the terrible ones).

I have been through so many phases, some of which include some darker and more tough moments in my life. And, of course, at least a dozen times where I almost gave up on photography for one reason or another. 😅

But, at the end of the day, I am glad I didn't.

Frames that feel like you're in Middle Eart. ✨️

The world of Middle Earth and the Lord of The Rings story have always been my favourite. I have drawn so much inspiration from it.

Visually, the movies were stunning. And the books...they are full with moments and quotes that can inspire you. They are also surprisingly fitting to our current world.

I have an immense admiration and respect for J. R. R. Tolkien and his work. 🥹
