I don't usually recreate the faces of real actors or iconic film characters in my AI artwork. But this time felt different. I wanted to pay tribute to one of the most influential surrealist films ever made: Un Chien Andalou.

This isn't a remake, but a wild surrealist reinterpretation of the revolutionary vision of Luis Buñuel and Salvador Dalí—where dreams refuse to obey logic and every image challenges reality.

Thank you to @magespace_ for letting me push your platform a little further. It was genuinely an interesting experience.
They say that when a heart truly breaks, there is a place where time no longer moves.
In the solitude of rural Scotland, a young man remains trapped in the memory of someone who has already gone.
Then, a figure appears before him.
A figure who speaks of memory, loss, and the difficulty of saying goodbye to the things we still love.
What begins as an apparently supernatural encounter slowly becomes a journey into one of the great invisible crises of our time: youth suicide.
This short film is not intended to romanticise death.
It is an exploration of isolation, pain, and despair — and of what it means to become trapped inside a moment from which you no longer know how to escape.
Because sometimes, a person does not need to be told to forget.
Sometimes, they need to find a reason to keep living.

Created by @pics.challenge. As you know, due to a lack of time, I rarely take part in this kind of challenge, but in this case, I couldn’t resist… so I leave you with this small daydream.I don’t remember the exact moment it began…
only the sound of the rain, and the way the city pushed us toward each other.
There are people who should never cross paths…
and yet it happens.
It wasn’t a decision.
It was something smaller. Almost invisible.
Something you don’t notice when it happens, only when it’s already too late.
One second too long.
One distance too short…

Reflections on Dark Waters

Nocturnal Empire is a gothic rock and post-punk project created by Olbamedusa. Inspired by dark atmospheres, nocturnal imagery, and melancholic soundscapes, the project blends haunting guitars, hypnotic rhythms, and a sense of dark romanticism.

White bathtub in the middle of the set,
like polished bone under artificial light.
Everything around it poses—
the air, the smoke, the void.

The water is black.
Black like wet vinyl.

And on its surface—still, perfect—
reflections in the black waters
do not return the world,
they invent it.

Heels float, doubled,
a feather splits in silence,
lips without a mouth
rehearse another life in reverse.

The light falls crooked,
as if it, too, wanted to look at itself,
and in that dark mirror
forgets its name.

Something breathes inside the reflection.
It is not in the bathtub—
it is in its copy.

And the whole set—precise, immaculate—
depends on that liquid lie
trembling without breaking.
