ECH012 Current Bias - Contingent Slip
Te Whanganui-a-Tara artist Current Bias [Jackie Jenkins] delivers an immersive auditory translation of the inner sensibility of assessing environments, real or virtual. She takes us from woozy, sub-laden sample reduction in “Slanted”, “Intermittent” & “Divination”, to FFT stretched builds in “Liquefaction” through to the undulating melancholy of “halfway through a nice thought”, and closing the EP with binaural ambience in “Potting”
