An enchantress who plays with fire or am I more than HEATS 🔥 the eye?

🙈🙈🙈 I liked this audio and one of the things I’m not used to as a performance artist and dancer is how much effort goes into social media! When I knew I needed to get focus on my body I asked @mon.the.maker to start coaching me and she had space for me as a client! I invested more into my body and wouldn’t you know I had less injuries! (Seriously 💪🏽) When I wanted to up my game in any discipline I didn’t think it was inaccessible but I honestly did not realize the evolution of the world was going to include social media so here’s to me posting this week 🙏🏽🔥 thank you I’m doing my Baja best by @eclectic.ari

Grow with the Flow ✨🔥🖤

Does anyone else have a million thoughts bouncing around at any given time? I love getting out of my brain and into my body and movement medicine is my favorite way, but that does NOT mean my squirrel brain has a kill switch. It’s taken a lot of time to be able to escape my thoughts through my body and I’m so grateful performance and fire has taught me that! Just some snippets of gigs in the last few months? I should get better at filming my performances lol 🙈

What’s your favorite way to get out of your brain? by @eclectic.ari

I get fired up thinking about existing 🙈 it honestly started with fire too, think about it. All our lives we were told there are three states of matter, Solid, Liquid, Gas. But what about fire? Fire holds shape, Fire can be felt, fire transforms. Fire can only be destruction right? But what about how it creates warmth, light, opportunity! It’s a chemical reaction that under the right circumstances can even transform to a “fourth” state of matter PLASMA! Literally the thing you were taught are the building blocks of LIFE even has a loophole following the right action (or reaction 🙈😹) so fuck it, exist outside of what “matters”. Exist anyway.

Friendly reminder, I’m so grateful we exist 🥰 🖤☀️

Just some snippets of performances, catch my next fire show this Friday at @salvatores_sd 🔥 by @eclectic.ari

Don’t look back it’ll hurt your neck! 🙈🔥🥵

Just reminiscing about when I wanted to try fire dancing for the first time and the first woman to show me was drunk and burned my arm I was terrified but figured well now I know how it feels to get burnt… my burn really hurt, it stung and I couldn’t shake the urge to itch it… but when the burn left I still could shake the itch, I’m so grateful I get to live this life. If you’re looking for a sign to quit your job and become an artist and entrepreneur DO IT

Warm Regards,
Your favorite fire eater 🔥🖤

tldr: one time I got burned but that’s ok I’m hot and grateful🫶🏽 by @eclectic.ari

"Is that AI?"

In this day and age I'm not surprised when I hear that, but no. It is not AI, the people are real, the fire is real and the photography is most definitely a monkey creation!

It's fun looking back at all the crazy, amazing art created in the past year. With spring in full effect and the weather getting warmer what shenanigans awaits us this summer? And more importantly, are you going to be a part of it???

Giving a new twist to, don't burn the house down! Also, don't try this at home... you're home that is. We love playing with fire here at Monkey and Mermaid's home studio.

@eclectic.ari not only brings the heat but she can also teach you how to do the same. For fire eating lessons and more make sure you hit her up.

What kind of shoot would you do with Mohawk Monkey Media? Shoot me a DM and let's make it happen!
