Dearest Gentle Readers🌿👸🏾 Our most extraordinary soirée has come to a close, but it was an afternoon to remember!

From the fresh fragrant teas, delectable bites, enchanting games, and riveting conversations, an afternoon of pouring into ourselves was illuminating🙌🏾

The room was filled with the many wonders of Black beauty laced in pearls, flowers, and timeless style. No proper soirée would be complete without our Diamond of the Season, aka best dressed. Her elegant presence, beauty, and style stunned the town💃🏾

To every beautiful lady who attended our clubs afternoon High Tea, your presence was more than appreciated. You all graced the room with poise, respect, and elegance.

An afternoon filled of joy couldn’t have happened without you! What a great reminder of what happens when we take a moment to pour into ourselves and others🩷

who else is on their wellness journey? 👀 if you haven’t already, start your day off with a warm cup of stock! because wellness starts from within 🌿and that includes what we put into our bodies! That’s why we love making broth from scratch. food is better when you know how it was prepared!

Homemade chicken stock is rich in minerals and collagen, supports gut health and inflammation. simmering bones on low heat for hours extracts nutrients from them. and as we get older our bodies need that more and more.it’s not only great for cooking but also makes for a healthy cozy drink.🍲

Ingredients:
• Carrots
• Celery
• Garlic
• Ginger
• Bay leaves
• Rosemary
• Mushrooms
• Onion
• Pepper
• Parsley
• Pink Himalayan salt
• Chicken pieces & chicken hocks

simmer on low heat for a minimum of 8hours. for best results we suggest 10-15 hours.

mix up your ingredients or give ours a try and let us know what you think!

🫶🏾happy international women’s day to the beautiful ladies of eclectic social club! it’s been such a pleasure creating this space and meeting some dope women. from our walks to the book club, it couldn’t have happened without you all showing up. it will forever be cherished and appreciated!

the world is tough on Black Women but we don’t have to be tough on each other 💯which is why this space is so important. we need more ways to uplift one another and create safe spaces we don’t need to perform in.

I’m not sure where this group may take us but with or without this community, I just want all Black Women to know that you matter. you don’t have to fit in any box this world wants you in. whether you wanna own a business or relax in your own space for life, is your own choice. never let people or the world define you🙏🏾

may all your dreams and desires come true. the world is ours, let’s own it. today and everyday❤️‍🔥

this past weekend was a reminder that we have to go build the life we want else the world will build it for us. start by doing the little things that make you happy and let it grow from there.

who knew a simple 420 Walk could turn into a fun community?!🙂‍↕️ after taking our last walk of the year this past weekend, it was only right to do a small recap video.

it’s been amazing connecting with the girls and there will still be more ways for us to connect going into the winter! but we’ll definitely be coming back hard in the spring with our walks💁🏾‍♀️
