Your Worship,

I celebrate not just your birthday, but the beautiful journey of having you as my sister. It has truly been an amazing and blessed one.

You are one of the most selfless people I know, always willing to give, support, sacrifice and show up for the people you love. Having a sister like you is one of those blessings that can never be adequately measured in words.

Watching you grow, overcome challenges, pursue your dreams and become the remarkable woman you are today fills me with so much pride. And seeing you serve today as a Magistrate, entrusted with the responsibility of administering justice, makes the journey even more beautiful. Behind the robe and the honour of your office is still the sister I know. The compassionate, determined and selfless woman who has always cared deeply about others.

As you celebrate another year, I pray that God continues to distinguish you. May He grant you wisdom beyond your years, preserve your integrity, enlarge your influence and cause you to rise even higher in your career and every area of your life.

Understanding Human Capital

Understanding human capital is one of those lessons you may never fully learn within the four walls of a classroom. It is a personal journey, one shaped by relationships, experiences, disappointments, loyalty, betrayal and growth.

As you journey through life, you will be hurt by many, praised by many, celebrated by some, misunderstood by others and supported by people you never expected.

But one reality eventually becomes clear: you will have very few truly trusted and loyal people.

Human capital is not simply about how many people you know, it is about understanding people, building meaningful relationships, recognizing genuine loyalty and knowing who can stand with you when there is nothing to gain.

Build your network, but value your loyalists.
Meet people but study character.
Give opportunities, but observe gratitude.

My Dear Princess Adesire,

Before your arrival at about 3:00 a.m., as your journey into this world began, I experienced a moment that changed my life forever. It was a reality that left me both amazed and humbled—a father was about to be born alongside his daughter.

The moment I watched the doctors bring you out of your safe haven, I knew a great destiny had arrived. Your birth was nothing short of a miracle and with your very first victorious cry, the beautiful journey of fatherhood officially began.

The news of your arrival spread far and wide. Phones buzzed endlessly with congratulatory messages from family, friends and loved ones. Yet, none of those messages could truly capture the overwhelming joy and gratitude I felt in my heart.

Today, as I look back, I am deeply honored and thankful to God for the priceless gift He entrusted to your mother and me. You have brought immeasurable joy into our lives.

You are intelligent, bold, fearless and wonderfully inquisitive just like your father.

And to my amusement, you're also incredibly observant and investigative just like your mother! 😩😂🤣

There is never a dull moment with you and every day with you is another beautiful adventure.
