🌿🚆 Development is important, but can we afford to lose our forests?

The proposed Indore–Khandwa Rail & Highway Project is expected to pass through 454 hectares of forest land, leading to the felling of nearly 1.34 lakh trees. While improved connectivity and economic growth are essential, the question remains:

Should nature bear such a heavy cost for development? 🌳💔

Forests are more than just trees — they are home to wildlife, protect our climate, recharge groundwater, and sustain future generations. Progress and conservation must go hand in hand.

💬 What do you think? Development, conservation, or a balance between both? Share your views below.

🌲⚠️ Kimadi–Dakra in Danger!

A proposed road project connecting Dakra, Kimadi, and Hathipaon has sparked a major debate in Dehradun. Environmental groups warn that more than 700 trees could be affected, putting a vital forest ecosystem at risk.

Supporters say the project will improve connectivity, boost tourism, and support regional development. But at what cost?

🚧 Development is important. 🌳 Conservation is essential. ⚖️ The real challenge is finding a balance between the two.

Dehradun is on the verge of losing a forest so tourists can reach Mussoorie faster.

What matters more to you — development, conservation, or a sustainable balance between both?

💬 Share your thoughts in the comments and be part of the conversation.

Thousands of trees are being cut for the Ayodhya Bypass 10-lane project while temperatures in Bhopal are rising every single year. 🌳💔

Bhopal was once known as one of the greenest cities of India. If such massive tree cutting continues, our city will soon become like overcrowded concrete cities struggling with pollution and unbearable heat.

Development is important, but not at the cost of nature and human survival. Trees give us oxygen, reduce heat, protect biodiversity, and keep our environment alive. Once these old trees are gone, it will take decades to restore what we lost.

We need wider awareness, sustainable planning, and strict environmental protection. Authorities and NGT should reconsider such large-scale tree cutting and ensure stronger, more effective policies for conservation.

Save trees today, save humanity tomorrow. 🌱🙏
