Visiting @planika in Poland was such a wonderful and rewarding experience. As their New York dealer it is important for us to know as much about their products as possible and factory tours and on site trainings are an essential part of a great partnership! Thank you for the wonderful time, enabling me to meet the entire team and getting to know this area of Poland a little bit! I will be visiting again for sure! taken in Bydgoszcz, Poland by @ecohyve

@schock sinks another company we love and the German partner of @elkay_usa . As in the US there are two choices of composites materials here:
the more limited and affordable range of Cristalite and the higher end version Cristadur. A third material was introduced this year: Amodur which features a fiberglass core.
Something I really liked was the small round sink with drip tray and wooden cutting board centered around a circular strainer. Great as a secondary sink, a bar option or for a small kitchen.
And something we could surely use is the automatic water release fail safe which is built into the plumbing pipes below the sink:
When the water inside the bowl reaches a certain level the plug inside the drain automatically opens up to prevent flooding in the kitchen. Brilliant as we are all used to kitchen sinks without overflows for some reason…

If you ever make it to Löhnes Küchenmeile exhibit in Germany you must visit Gut Böckel! A magical place in the countryside that is host to a group of exhibitors. @miele has taken over the old cowshed and puts on quite the show. From new finishes and models to appliance-concepts and of course visitor hospitality it’s THE place to be! Welcome to Germany 🇩🇪 taken in Gut Böckel by @ecohyve

@a30.kuechenmeile 2026 in Löhne Germany. So much to see and explore and so many sustainable and eco friendly options. It’s great to visit @schueller.kuechen parent company to @novalinakitchens . New this year : rounded corners for base cabinet end panels, new colors, extended lighting options and offset hinges for the amazing pantry passageway doors. Let’s hope that most of it is available for our US customers. Come have a look and ask we’ll make it happen. by @ecohyve

It is important to travel and see what is happening around the world to stay current and inspired! Today I went to the new @Rewe store in Berlin that I had read all about online. Constructed from timber with a rooftop farm it focuses on sustainability, local products, animal welfare waste reduction and everything we should care about as responsible humans! I am so inspired! What an incredible shop! I can’t wait to see more of this. taken in Berlin, Germany by @ecohyve

Another fabulous event at @architech_designs one of our partner showrooms. We can’t wait for our @planikafires installations to be completed. The cool flame water vapor unit already was a big success even without fancy surround straight out of the crate and just plugged in. taken in Huntington, New York by @ecohyve
