Traffic's there. Product's solid. But sales aren't where they should be. That's not bad luck. That's a fixable operations problem, and store after store, it's costing 20 to 30% of revenue. Not a strategy gap. Operations nobody fixed. Here's the part that hurts: every week you wait, the problem doesn't shrink. It gets more expensive. So here's me. 10+ years inside e-commerce operations. I built my own brand first, sourcing, ads, fulfillment, all of it. I know what broken looks like. The expert you hire is the expert who does the work. No account managers. No handoff. No retainer trap. No vague deliverables. No advice that sits in a doc. Just fixes. I find what's broken. I name what it's costing you. Then I fix it. A Growth Audit is $497, delivered in 72 hours. You get a prioritized list of what's costing you the most, in English or Spanish. Stop paying for problems you can't see. Comment AUDIT or go to ecommdecoded.com. by @ecommdecoded

Everyone optimizes product pages and ignores collection pages, which are usually your best shot at ranking. Four collection-page SEO gaps. Save it. by @ecommdecoded
The badge on the product page says it plainly: "We'll match any lower price." It's the kind of line that closes the tab-comparison before it starts. She finds the same item for less on another site, fills out the match form, and gets back one word: excluded. Under it, a list long enough to cover clearance, bundles, flash sales, and the brand she just tried to match. A promise with that many carve-outs isn't a price match. It's a page that was never going to say yes, dressed up as one that would. A 72-hour Growth Audit finds where your stated policies and your actual checkout don't line up, then hands you the prioritized fix list. $497. Link in bio. by @ecommdecoded
Tracking everything is the same as tracking nothing. You drown the numbers that matter. Four vanity metrics to stop watching, and what to watch instead. Save it. by @ecommdecoded
Shoppers who search convert higher, if they find what they searched for. Your store probably makes it hard. Four search and filter fixes that move sales. Save it. by @ecommdecoded
Two promo codes sit in her cart, both marked Applied, both subtracting from the total she's about to pay. The math looks settled. At the payment step one code greys out, struck through, with no explanation. The total she had agreed to pay a minute ago jumps back up by $27. Applied is supposed to mean it's locked in. When it comes undone at the last step with no warning, the shopper isn't just paying more. She's deciding whether anything else on the page is true. A 72-hour Growth Audit finds where your promo logic is costing you trust at the worst possible moment, then hands you the prioritized fix list. $497. Link in bio. by @ecommdecoded
Your traffic is on a phone. Your checkout is built for a desktop. Four mobile friction points that quietly kill the sale. Save it, then open your own checkout on your phone. by @ecommdecoded
She stacks five filters: size, color, price, brand, rating. The grid narrows from hundreds of products down to the 4 that actually fit her. She taps Apply to lock it in, and the page reloads with every filter gone. The count climbs right back to 248. The work she just did to find her size in her budget never got saved. A filter that doesn't survive the tap meant to confirm it isn't a filter. It's decoration. It's a maze she has to solve twice before she decides it's not worth solving a third time. A 72-hour Growth Audit finds where your site search and filtering are costing you the sale before checkout even starts, then hands you the prioritized fix list. $497. Link in bio. by @ecommdecoded
Profit Move #03. Stop begging for reviews one by one. The store with 200 reviews on its best seller converts colder traffic than the one with 6, because a stranger trusts other buyers before they trust you. The fix is a system that asks every buyer automatically, at the moment they are happiest. Set up one automated review request this week, timed to delivery.
