POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Ricky Stanicky (2024): Three friends have spent years using a fake childhood invention called Ricky Stanicky as an excuse for bad decisions, missed obligations, and secret nights out. What began as a cover story when they were kids follows them into adulthood, letting them dodge blame while protecting their immature habits. The lie works so well that Ricky becomes a shield between them and the people who expect honesty and responsibility. When their partners and families demand to meet this mysterious man, the friends scramble to keep the story alive by hiring an entertainer to play Ricky in real life. The scheme quickly spirals as their invention takes on a chaotic personality of its own, exposing cracks in their friendships and forcing them to confront the mess they created. The film becomes a comedy about deception immaturity, and the way old excuses can keep people from growing up.
