HELLO 👋 We have recently had lots of new followers so I thought it was time to re-introduce ourselves 💚 💚 Team Eco Pet Parcel is made up of me (Lydia), Rami aka Mr Eco Pet Parcel and baby Quinn 💚 Eco Pet Parcel is a small business based in Stoke-on-Trent 💚 We started Eco Pet Parcel in lockdown when our pet services business @happy_waggers_sleepy_whiskers was forced to, thankfully only, temporarily shut 💚 Owning a shop had always been a dream of mine 💚 Our focus is high quality eco-friendly products 💚 Every parcel is personalised with a handwritten note for your pet 💚 The shop recently moved out of our house and into its own storage unit 💚 We have a fantastic loyal customer base who buy from us frequently 💚 We also have brand ambassadors and super fans who will talk your ear off about all things Eco Pet Parcel 😆 We are a small business, but please don’t think our business is small. We do everything big companies do just on a smaller scale which means we are still able to make sure every parcel is personalised 💚 We are literally always available (apart from in the middle of the night, I need my beauty sleep 😆). Feel free to message if you have any questions or just want to chat ☺️ #facebehindthebrand #facebehindthebusiness #facebehindtheaccount #onlinepetshop #smallbusinessowneruk #uksmallbusiness #uksmallbiz by @ecopetparcel
