as the sun set on the last day of fall…

We took a moment to reflect. This summer, the energy within and around ecosh was both airy and fiery. Old structures set ablaze, burning into smoke. This smoke needed time to settle. Ashes needed time to cool. And most importantly, within this renewed space, a new layer of embodiment needed to rise, and begin to take flight.

Throughout this season, you’ll get to enjoy, devour, all we have to harvest from the past few months.

We hope that, if you didn’t yesterday, you can take a moment today to celebrate this equinox, sharing the moment with nature and community, and setting your intentions for this season.
