Surfboard Shaping Workshop goes Panama 🌴

Imagine paddling out on a surfboard you built with your own hands 🏄🏽

This December, we’re bringing our Surfboard Shaping Workshop to @blissbeachpanama @hibiscusgardenpanama for an unforgettable week of creating, learning and surfing.

Over 7 days you’ll design and shape your own custom surfboard with the guidance of experienced shapers. No experience needed, just the passion to learn and create.

Once your board is finished, we’ll paddle out together and surf it at the wave right in front of our Workshop location. There is simply no better feeling than riding a board you’ve built yourself🤩

We will work with a 100% natural gave core from @grow_blanks 🌱combining performance, durability and a more sustainable way of building surfboards.

What an iconic moment 🤙🏾🌱

The longest board ever shaped at @glidingbarnacles — a 12ft glider.

Made from a @grow_blanks Agave blank 🌱 and shaped by @substance.surfboards 🤘🏾 What a beautiful creation for his first Agave board - and he went straight for a 12ft glider 🚀😮‍💨

The board turned out super sweet. Can’t wait to see it laminated and, most importantly, surfed. 🌊

Big thanks to @glidingbarnacles for making this iconic surf event happen and for hosting everyone in the kindest way possible. ❤️

What started as an idea many moons ago, is now finally a reality: Agave surf blanks are officially available to the public in Australia ⚡️

Huge shoutout to Grow Blanks, carefully selecting, cutting, drying and manufacturing every blank by hand to achieve a high quality, lightweight & uniform core that serves as a fully natural equivalent to traditional surfblank foams.

From the fields of Kenya, via the worlds oceans, onto Australian country, it has been quite a journey full of highs and lows, but the final outcome has been worth overcoming every hurdle 💚

I am so happy to present you my new project :
The Eco Boards , made with agave blanks, basalt or flax (linen) cloth and epoxy resin 80% eco friendly!!!!
It’s been so many years that i wanted to make a production of agave boards and my Dreams came true thanks to @ecosurfsupplies and @growblanks who provide me all the best materials available for such a project.
Already done 14 boards and i am super stocked with the result.
Boards will be available at @cleanoceanproject who is also part of these project.
Boards will also be @sicrestore where you will find a good selection of my models.
If you don’t find the size that fits better for you in the stock board you can order a custom!!!
