🐺 🌳 🎷 🎹 🐈‍⬛ 🐛 💀 🐙 🎺 Howling Howling HowwweeLinng I remember it forever ♾️ amen It echoed - a primal tuning—to my ossa, my scheletro I breathed in —quiet and strained My eyes sought understanding from the dark woods I waited. Hushed. Curious beyond the veil. Then from the unknown came the shape… Furr—fuzzy—grey strong Out of the mystic & Into the moon light 🌕 Madadh allaidh Bewildered and set in stone I gasped a laugh He held a cup of coffee, a smirk and the wildness of seeing the maker with his naked eye a disruption of any remaining seriousness came with a funky soulful band of critters and beings play singing songs of the beginning And behold They laid out a table and served me espresso with fire inside it and all from a mokah pot. 🔥 I drank as if from the pishon itself I have the same glint and smirk now and it scares and invites - a little mad hatter poetry to set the tone of what we do here taken in Austin, Texas by @ecstatic_expressions

Painted like a 🐦‍🔥 phoenix. Ahhh yes. Freedom to put paint on the canvas is the garden soil I’ll begin this fuzzy fairway art curation with. What a time capsule of redeeming creative time and space. taken in Austin, Texas by @ecstatic_expressions

From the space logs of 2017 in Seattle 🌧️🌲🐸🛶🔰🧌 I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the space between the original doodle and the digital generation. I’m having a lot of fun playing in that space right now — taking my original sketches, ideas, characters, symbols, coffee, fantasy, space odysseys, brew cards, collectible cards, and all these strange little worlds that live in my head, and seeing what happens when I let them move between different mediums. Sometimes it starts with a doodle. It morphs, enters a world, and interacts with characters from sketches dating back to childhood. Thus, a computer-generated playground with my authentic ideas, voices, and styles. The vision board en mi casa is full of ideas. From the windows to the walls! …Playing with new concepts and interactions and possibilities, turning playful doodles and innocent, intimate sketches and paintings and turning them into coffee brew cards, a collectible character card, a piece of a larger space or fantasy odyssey, or even an idea for something that could eventually become a physical collectible or a little gift to give someone. I’m not interested in going completely all-in on AI. What I’m really enjoying is the conversation between the analog and the digital. There’s something really exciting about taking an imperfect sketch made by hand and using technology as a kind of creative playground — a way to build a vision board, explore possibilities, see a character from another angle, or discover something I might not have thought of on my own. And then I come back to the freedom of the analog arts. The pen. The paint. The weird little mistakes. The marks that can’t be perfectly reproduced. The limitations of where my craft is at that moment, or the wildness and playfulness of my creative freedom—these and their emotions and energies are never to be replaced. I think somewhere in that back-and-forth is where a lot of the fun is happening for me right now. And this particular character feels like a good place to revisit that idea.
