NEW EXPERIENCE, 20 SEPT — Ecstatic dance brings meditation and somatic movement together, grounding the body so the mind can let go. There’s no choreography, no steps to learn, and nobody watching. You move how you want to move, and the space moves with you. This age-old practice revolves around the idea that the body knows things the thinking mind can’t reach - and that you get to them by moving, not by talking about moving. We’re bringing two friends together for this one: Kerry of @innerlivingyoga and Marcus of @ecstatic.ethos. Registrations now live: tsgspicefam.com/calendar NOTE: We made a little booboo with the link on the poster, just click through the link in our bio or visit tsgspicefam.com! #TSGspicefam #ecstaticedance #tropicalspicegarden taken in Tropical Spice Garden by @ecstaticdancemalaysia

Footage from a special night last Saturday at the first ever Jungle Ecstatic Dance in @sentosajandabaik We wove ourselves into the natural and cultural landscape of the Malaysian jungle village, using the local call to prayers as a part of the experience. We got down to the masterful improvised live music of @ourbodysound during the ecstatic dance set. We immersed in the wonder of the projections on the trees from critically acclaimed wildlife photographer and visual artist @omaratsentosa . We even contributed our own small part to these magical gardens with a tree planting ritual that will continue the vibes long after we left 🌱 Thanks to all that came for a beautiful heartfelt evening. Thanks to the monkeys birds and trees for welcoming us into your home 🐒 Super grateful to the path of music for opening up opportunities like this that are so close to my heart - at the venue that hosted @mermina.poetess and my Malaysian wedding 💚 Song in this clip: We Are Divine {432hz} ft @samsaruh_music - by @resonant_realms (Repping some Melbourne music around the world 🤘) taken in Sentosa Janda Baik by @ecstaticdancemalaysia

🌊*Way of Water: A Journey of Dance, Breath & Sound* 🌈 *“Water has no beginning and no end.* *Only flow — a continuous return to itself.* *And we dance to that same rhythm within us.”* Water connects all of life. It runs within us. Soft, yet powerful. Adaptable. Ever-changing. Just like water, we were never meant to stay still. But to move, to feel deeply, to transform. Join Ee Jin on a guided journey from breath, to somatic ecstatic dance and sound healing. In this session, we flow back to the present. We dance as our inner waters. Remembering its current, its waves, its quiet aliveness. Returning home to our own way of water. 🩵🩵 What you will experience: 🌬️ Activating breath to soften and open the body 💃🏻 Somatic Ecstatic Dance (A free-form dance & intuitive movement) 💚 Deepen connection with your body and inner rhythm 🔥 Release tension and what has been held ✨ Movement as meditation 🔔 Integrative sound bath to settle, restore, and integrate 💫 A return to your way of water Like water, this dance has no form. No choreography. No steps. Not a performance. A surrendering to the fluidity of movement💧 No dance experience needed. Come as you are, with an open heart and mind. 🌟 *Members: RM118* *Normal price: RM 138* Come as you are.✨💖 Hugs & Love 🦋❤️🌈 OhanaJo Studio taken in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by @ecstaticdancemalaysia

🌿 ROOTS TO RISE We don’t always need to do more. Sometimes, we just need to return to our ground. 💫 To come back into the body. To notice what’s been holding on. To be held gently. To reconnect with our own natural rhythm. 🌊 To pause… to reset… and to steady ourselves — before rising again. 🌱 Join me for a somatic ecstatic dance experience where movement becomes a way back — back into yourself, back into what feels aligned, present, and real. No steps to follow. No way to get it right. Just music, breath, and your body leading the way. 🎶 Date & time: 11 April, 3-5pm Members: RM108 Normal Price: RM128 👉 Link in bio or via OhanaJo website taken in OhanaJo Studio by @ecstaticdancemalaysia
