This Saturday is our Autumnal Equinox Celebration event. Come join us while we celebrate the season. It’s a full day of magic ahead of us. Get some readings, some alter supplies, feel the music in your bones, and dance your heart out. We’ll see you there. by @ecstaticdancinglansing

I don’t stomp it out in the Fall as joyously & vivaciously as I do in the Summer.

I walk through each season differently.

I walk through each season with a new frequency.

Some seasons I feel more like myself.

Whatever that means.

“Some seasons I feel more like myself?”

No, that’s not quite accurate.

The more I grow, expand, experience & expire,
I remember that it’s ALL “me”,
simply in a different expression of My Creative Fire.

What’s truer would be to say,
“Some seasons feel closer to God.
Some seasons feel like a portal - my own unique portal - to Her Love.”

The colder, dark seasons simply give me
an opportunity to
see God’s Love & Beauty,
in the bare, colorless tree,
and quieter, grey, less vibrant identity.

🍃

🍂

And I’m fuckin’ here for ALL OF IT.

Gon’ STOMP IT OUT in the crunchy brown leaves.
Gon’ WERK IT OUTTTTTT & bring ya to your knees.
Gon’ GIVE IT TO YA, if ya please 💋

Blessed Fall, my friends!

Welcome September, from your ecstatic dance Lansing community 🤍

We can’t deny we will miss the summer months, they always fly by don’t they?? So full of life and activities to do!

Now, let’s continue to bring life into the next season of life!

And I’ll see you on the dance floor 🥰💃🕺

My weekends this month are crazy busy. (Me as in Sarah here!) BUT, I’ve got a groove planned for Thursday the 17th to give us a different opportunity to get into our bodies!

Groove is basically a combination of Zumba and ecstatic dance. That is the most basic way I could describe it I think 🤣 And it’s magical af!

See you soon wild ones 🔥🐅 Get your booty over to Luna Center😻
